You have made the whole process as seamless as possible from initial discussion with the Architect through to planning and construction. Your team have conducted themselves at all times with great professionalism, humour and respect both to our changing requirements and to the property overall. It has been a pleasure having them around which in itself made the whole process a lot less stressful to deal with. The clarity and presentation of your invoicing was particularly helpful in determining how the various costs were apportioned and gave us confidence that budgets were not being exceeded other than where we were asking for additional work to be carried out.

Needless to say the end result has far exceeded our expectations and we would have no hesitation in recommending your services to others. Thank you again and I look forward to using your services again in the future.

We had been looking around at building companies to help with the rebuild of an external wall and the re-fit of five exterior windows to our kitchen.  The window refit was not just a swap out, but involved fitting windows of a different dimension in a slightly different locations with the aim of improving the overall appearance of the front of the kitchen to ensure it was in keeping with the rest of the house.We decided to go with Aztech as we liked Simon’s honest approach, the fact that he responded quickly, communicated well and also the price.Once work started, we found all of the guys working for Aztech to be very polite, considerate and hard working.  The work was completed to a high standard, with no issues.  In fact they went above and beyond by doing some additional work which wasn’t in the original quote. Overall, I am very pleased with the finish and quality of the work which is a major improvement.I would not hesitate to recommend Aztech as they are competitive on price, communicate well, set expectations appropriately and overall are a thoroughly nice bunch of guys to employ.

We had been looking for a company to provide quality bi-fold doors together with installation for a while. These doors were to protect the kitchen from the cold coming from our conservatory in winter. After talking to several companies, we came across Simon at Aztech, and we have been delighted with the results.

The high spec doors are just brilliant and the fitting was superbly done, exactly as we had hoped. Our friends have commented on how great the flush floor and high standard installation look! The doors have ensured we were warm all winter long and now that spring is here, we can neatly fold them away on the side, enabling us to use the kitchen and conservatory as one space.

Simon is a pleasure to deal with: his work is of high quality and he is completely reliable, friendly and honest. We will not hesitate to use Simon again for our next project which is to fit a wooden floor in our bathroom.

Aztech recently built a porch/boot room extension to our 1930’s build house. From the onset, we were concerned that it would blend in with the existing house.  At the planning stage, Simon listened to our requests as well as suggesting some excellent ideas and solutions to problems.  He delivered what we wanted and we are delighted with the end product.  We were extremely satisfied with the quality of the work, together with the reliability and courtesy of all the team involved in the project. Just a note to thank you and the boys (always polite and helpful) for all your hard work in changing our garden into a pleasant place to enjoy a barbecue and a glass or two of the grape on a sunny day. We are delighted with the outcome as we are with our conservatory which always receives positive comments from friends and family. As you say,a smile says a lot. We would just like to thank you for the excellent work that you did in constructing our two floor extension. This was a large and complex project which involved extending five rooms over two floors. We are delighted with the result, the building work is excellent and we are now enjoying the extra space. It looks superb! We found the work went to be professional, friendly and customer orientated. They were forthcoming with ideas to improve our design. Builders Richard and Trevor, in particular, were excellent and we wish Trevor the best for his new business venture. But all the workmen were very good and Simon was very friendly, customer focused, responsive and full of good advice. We would certainly recommend Aztech to friends.

We are very happy with the extension…the kitchen is looking great and Abby / Luke are very pleased with their bedrooms. Eric has done some fitted wardrobes which adds to it all so we think it is looking good.

After a year of planning we engaged on the process of finding a contractor to build our extension.  The build involved tying a new 1.5 storey extension into an 1890s Victorian cottage and meant that we had to practically remove the back of the house in its entirety.  We wanted to be fully involved in the build process as well as still live in the house whilst the build was in progress and we were very keen to use a local contractor with local staff….  read more

Aztech are reliable, professional and a safe pair of hands;  something that I cannot say for the builder who left our double storey extension and renovation project unfinished. Aztech took on and completed the work. All the workers were courteous and respectful and happy to answer any questions we had. Simon Banham himself maintained a good level of engagement throughout, personally  overseeing the work. I am happy to recommend Aztech to anyone who is undertaking any household renovations.
