CONSERVATORY CASE STUDY

Mr and Mrs Vince were recommended to Aztech by one of our previous clients, Mr and Mrs Williams, who live in an adjacent road  to them. They had decided that they would like a 3m x 3m Edwardian conservatory which was to be built at the rear of the dining room. The room was to remain divided from the main building by the existing double doors.
In this instance no planning permission or  building regulations were required for the proposed Edwardian Conservatory. The roof was constructed by building a false dormer into the tiled mono pitch roof rather than the box gutter system commonly used. We constructed the unit over a three week period from start to finish.
